KT 法則是由 Charles H. Kepner 以及Benjamin B. Tregoe 於 1958 年所創,簡而言之就是理性分析 (Rational Analysis) 與邏輯思考 (Logical Thinking) 的決策方法。http://www.kepner-tregoe.com/
用簡單的幾句話,來介紹 KT理性思考法則所要述說的四種基本思考模式:
1. What’s going on? (評估與澄清)
2. Why did this happens? (發生原因和結果)
3. Which course of action should we take? (做選擇)
4. What lies ahead? (預料未來)
這四種模式看似理所當然,但要如何將它能夠在團隊裡有效的實現,就是此法則的功力所在。
